From a long and strong friendship with Simon Schloesser, also an experienced construction professional was born Gablok!
Gablok, initially designed for self-builders, has largely overscaled the wish of its founders.
Gablok’s focus is to simplify construction and offer a simple and efficient way to build a house, faster and cost-effective.
From three decades of presence through Africa, TSE Africa Group has gained extensive and dedicated experience in construction and infrastructures.
From the first time the respective teams of Gablok and TSE Africa Group have met, it was a shred of evidence they were complementary and animated by the same passion!
From that evidence, Afrigablok is born!

During the Covid-19 crisis, when most Western and African economies are slowing down, Afrigablok conducts a first exploratory mission to Nigeria.
Nigeria is the leading country with South Africa in terms of interest received over the Gablok concept.

To facilitate our clients’ creative work and help them design their building, Afrigablok will implement a creation tool that meets the Gablok construction rules and will instantly deliver a budget for the modelized building.
This tool will allow each user to share their creations with their friends and contacts and allow Afrigablok to respond more quickly to detailed study requests.
Q1-Q2, 2021
Afrigablok intends to build its first show house in Africa in early 2021.
This first house will be followed by other units in various locations of Africa to show the populations the added value Afrigablok brings to the construction industry.
Q3-Q4, 2021
Afrigablok needs between eight to ten months to build its first factory in Africa and turns its most crucial value into reality: For Africa, BY Africa.
Depending on the countries or regions expressing the most significant demand, Afrigablok will deploy additional production units throughout the continent.
